External stair waterproofing & safety upgrade

Scope of works

Prepared and waterproofed the external back-of-house restaurant stairs and landings, including perimeter and drainage detailing. Completed the access upgrade with high-visibility stair nosings and tactile indicators.

Outcome

A protected external surface and a safer, easier-to-see access route across multiple changes in level.
